How Shipping Rates Are Determined

Your shipping rate at checkout depends on where your order is fulfilled from. Rooted Wellness & Co. ships from two sources:

• Rooted Wellness fulfillment — skincare, supplements, and non-apparel products
• Printful fulfillment — apparel and accessories (print-on-demand items)

If your cart contains items from both fulfillment sources, you may see separate shipping rates at checkout — one per fulfillment source.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

International rates are applied based on your shipping zone at checkout.

Your zone is determined by your country at checkout.

Apparel & Accessories (Printful-Fulfilled Items)

Items from our Rooted Threads apparel and accessories line are produced and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Shipping rates for these items are calculated by Printful and displayed separately at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Printful-fulfilled items ship independently from our wellness products. If you order both, expect separate shipments and shipping charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I see two shipping charges?
If your cart includes both wellness products and Rooted Threads apparel/accessories, each fulfillment source charges its own shipping rate. This is shown transparently at checkout.

Can I get free shipping?
We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about special offers.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
